Well after not going anywhere: no restaurants, no vacations, no visits with family and friends, always wearing a mask... I have contracted Covid-19. True I do work by day as a Nurse Practitioner: but I thought I was careful...double masking, shields, wash wash wash. My husband has caught it from me. I've had symptoms for a week now...he is on day two and luckily is now up and about so I have hope!
I have been trying to keep my mind off it by making some new things, walking (wow I'm winded) and yoga (trying to keep the lungs expanded).
Stay safe out there....wear a mask...do what you enjoy.
